From Our Clients

When our clients write to us and say nice things about our work, it’s better than any trophy we could ever get.

Your professionalism, terrific project management skills, attention to detail and—let’s not forget those organizational skills—once again helped us through another hectic year here. A job well done—again.

We just got back the first printing of the base materials for regular members. With so many individual products in the works, it has been hard to be patient and keep focused on the end result. Now, with the entire portfolio for regular members complete, success is obvious. I am hearing good things, most notably from our CEO. I hope you will take a minute from your work on the last items to pat yourselves on the back.

We very much appreciate all the hard work and diligence you and your staff put into this project, as well as the projects we have worked on together in the past. We hope to continue this most successful relationship and look forward to working with you on future projects.

I always admired your creativity, and knew that this talent would be a particularly good fit for an entertainment company, such as ours. What was also made abundantly clear during the months we worked together was the depth of your benefits knowledge, your ability to meet deadlines (and keep US to deadlines), your good humor under often difficult circumstances and your persistence in digging out details and presenting the material with clarity and humor.

You really upped the standard for benefits communications. Besides your creativity and technical expertise, you and your team were always accessible, adjustable, attentive, on time, professional, reassuring, sympathetic and just a downright pleasure to work with. It isn’t often that one meets someone whose right side of the brain is as high level as the left!

Thank you for your support and hard work. Through our long-lasting relationship, you have taken the time to understand our employees and programs. This has helped to provide quality and timely benefits communications. Your professionalism is second to none.

I would like to thank you for all of the hard work your team has put in the Benefits communications campaign over the past two years. You have given credibility to the Benefits function here, and have helped make the promotion of our programs and plans very smooth. Even when we didn’t have ‘great news’ to communicate, such as increased health care premiums and higher deductibles—you came through with words that found some way to make it a lot less painful than it really was.

Given that it was ‘bad news’ that we had to convey, I must say that the overwhelming response from employees has been very positive. I have heard many times over how much our people appreciated the clarity and forthrightness with which the message was conveyed and that, needless to say, reflects on you. I look forward to working with you whenever we have important news to communicate. I just can’t imagine a better working relationship.
